[Koha] Koha in libraries for the blind?

Does anybody know if a library for the blind and sight impaired uses Koha? I have discussed Koha with a person working in such a library and he thought it might be a good system for this type of libraries. Many libraries for the blind have very old and specially adapted systems that needs replacing in the near future, so here is an opportunity I think.
