While not that much help, you might check for a setting on the epson for forms rollbackon the Okidata's it will stop printing and then popup the paper upwards of an inchthen when it starts printing it rolls it back that same amount. We are currently using Citizen iDp 3550's through IE 8, several issues: A) With empty footer settings it won't print the last item due date. We can use the print preview function than change to 200 % setting, but the print out is not very attractive. B) Can put in a footer, the slip prints out all items but also spits out an extra inch and half of paper, and the print is still relatively small. Thanks for the help everyone! James G.
