Club de la Doua will be hosting a workshop about "Open Source Software in Libraries" at enssib (the French National School for librarians - www.enssib.fr) in Lyon, France on the 18th of April. Three speakers will come to share their vision about free softwares in this field: 9:00AM Nicolas Morin, from Nancy University Libraries, will talk about the actual uses and further perspectives of using free softwares in the library from a library manager's point of view. 9:45AM Paul Poulain, Koha 2.0 release manager, will describe the working pattern of a particular open source project, and make a demo of the open source ILS Koha 11:15 Olivier Walbecq, from Archimed company, will talk about open source at Archimed's et, in particular, the "Oscar community" and OpenURL servers.
