[Koha] My OPAC banner leaving white spaces on koha 3.2.6

I have added by Koha banner masthead.inc in the en/include directory so that it can appear on top of the OPAC page, well above the Log into 2Your Account Message". And my body css tag is defined as follows body { background-color : FFFFCC; text-align : left; padding : 0 ; margin: 0 ; } However, my banner is leaving spaces on all sides.
