Hi Inkeri, at the moment I think it's not possible and I haven't found a bug report relating to the problem. I can see why this would be useful as libraries are using this feature in different ways and with different restrictions on the items. Hope you are well, Katrin On 17.09.19 11:49, Hakulinen, Inkeri J wrote:
Hi,
is it possible to have the option for patrons to renew the on-site chekouts they have? (And the staff to renew the patron's checkouts, of course.)
Also, is it possible to define that the due date for on-site checkouts comes from the system automatically? Now we have to click it every time we have a patron / material that's for on-site checkout? When you click to have an on-site checkout, the system automatically suggests the end of the current day to be the due date. We wish it would be according to our circulation rules and calendar, usually 28 days period would be good.
Is there a system preference(s) to help us with these problems?
Best regards
