Dear All While using SIP2 for return of book which is on hold it trigger hold item on "in transit" status while under same situation return from Koha staff it pop up message to "confirm hold" and it works nicely i.e. "waiting" status and email message to pick up hold is generated. Please note we have configured only one library in the system and using Koha 16.11.07 on debian installed from package.
