Hi there, Paul! I'm with Katrin – more information is needed. I just noticed that the staff login page for our testing installation (22.11) needed a tweak, and the change took effect immediately and without a restart of Apache. That field has content like this:
<p style="color:orangered; text-align:center; font-weight: bolder; font-size:150%"> Test Server DEV<br> Database 2025-01-20 </p>

I am making changes to the OPAC UI (StaffLoginInstructions) and the changes are not showing up. I have tried restarting apache and doing a hard refresh. Any ideas?
