[Koha] Koha 3 in production WITH diactrics

Does anyone have Koha 3 in production with diactrics (utf-8) working correctly -- diacritics display and searches on terms which have diacritics work? I've been to several library catalogs which appear to be using Koha 3 and which show items published in English and Spanish, but none of them have diacritics working. Some sites display diacritics correctly, but searches on terms with diacritics fail. Thanks for any URLs of Koha 3 with diacritics working!
