[Koha] Marc record manual entry 650 a locked

Hi, I am trying to do manual entry of records for an elementary school library. The z39.50 does not find these books. I do find them on worldcat though, so I am trying to copy the information manually. Line 650 a is locked. When I try the icon to the right it opens another window. I try adding leopards (the topic) to any of those windows and it comes up not found. What am I doing wrong?
