Hello everyone (not sure you ever received my previous message, as I received a delivery failure email...) I just realised one thing... "item due" in the default messaging preferences of a patron category is NOT about overdue items, is it? I didn't realise it was two different things. So there is nothing to do in the messaging preferences to enable overdue items notices... ? If I run a SQL query on the database, I can see that some people have a "1" set for overduenoticerequired, which is good, but then I really don't know why they don't receive it... Cheers, Sonia.
