[Koha] Subscribing to Koha

Hello, I entered the following page: http://lists.katipo.co.nz/mailman/listinfo/koha to post the problem which i face in Koha installation. Still my account not being activated. I already copy paste mixed of characters and numbers and got error string. Moreover, i sent email to check the problem.
