[Koha] Item cannot be checked out twice on 3M self-check within the same day

      With our 3M self-check machine, we have found that once we have checked out
and checked in an item, we can’t check-out this item 2nd time.

The error message is “Item not checked out. Item cannot be issued
PREVISSUE. Please take the item to the desk”.
