Thanks for your responses. Rebuilding zebra fixed the issue, though I'm not sure why they didn't catch the first time I rebuilt zebra. I think u need to put the item type code in 942'c'. You need to have that particular code already in KOHA.
After successful import, you need to rebuild biblios. This is what I did and got the results working.
