[Koha] HTML tags shown in titlebar of the browser

Hello, In Koha 2.2.9, why are the HTML tags used to format the Libraryname diplayed on the title bar of the koha OPAC webpage? For example, if I set the preference to <h1> My Library </h1>, the formatting of the string on the Koha webpage is fine, but "<h1> My Library </h1>" is displayed on the title bar of the browser window (with the tags and all). How to fix this? thanks, ->HS
