Thanks for the tip! But in the actual case there is no custom CSS or Javascript existing. the end of your URL. For example,
if your staff client is accessed at http://www.mylibraryisthebest.com, you'd load http://www.mylibraryisthebest.com/?DISABLE_SYSPREF_IntranetUserJS=1&DISABLE_SYSPREF_IntranetUserCSS=1 so that it does not load your CSS and JS.
Just a thought for some further troubleshooting.
