[Koha] Whats the big difference about Koha 3.2 and Koha 3.0?

Hi! I'm using Koha 3.00.06 and I would like to know if I shold change my version to 3.2? It's a big deal for libraries with more than 50000 books and other kind of itens like DVDs and CDs? Thanks in advance...... Geovana de Paula Santos Tarricone
