[Koha] Koha on windows

Hi, I have installed Koha2.2.4 on Windows and am testing it for usage for a private library. My problem is that the koha installer expects the mysql and perl to reside in a particular folder. I would like to know whether I can bypass this restriction so that koha will not look for the specific location while installing. Has anyone tried installing koha manually or has some idea on how I can do this? Please help!!! Thanks, Venita.
