[Koha] how to migrate data and installation to a new server

hi, i previously setup koha to a redhat 7.3 server. it was up and running fine. But now i have to move it into a fedora core 2 server. how can i go about this? i backup koha database (including mysql) using mysqldump, how can i restore my data using this backup file generated by mysqldump? also can i just copy the directory where i install the koha file? Thanks in advance and more power eric
