[Koha] colon between title and subtitle?

Dear Colleagues, does anyone know how to automatically put a colon(:) between the title(245a) and subtitle(245b)? Is there a setting for that? We want to separate both title(245a) and subtitle(245b) for better reading. Best regards, Eugen Bastron
