[Koha] problems saving bid record

Hi all, I upgrade my koha system from 3.0.06 to 3.2.3. I had problems on 3.2.2. I used my back up to revert to 3.0.0.6. Now I cannot add bibliographic record. I am getting the error attached in the attached file. Regards, Admire Mutsikiwa
