[Koha] Report FINES

Hi, How can i do that the system koha in version 1.2.3 or 2.0 report me the fines of a member, because when the i go to the to the Pay Charges seccion the system is not report the fines when the issue period is experied???? P.d IF Somebody speak spanish please sent mail to me, i want generate a list of spanish languaje users. Thanks, Javier
