OK, I did some digging & may be able to answer some of my own questions. The 994 tag came from our State Library, so I can safely delete any instances. The 952 $6 is Koha's normalized classification for sorting; I'm assuming this is auto-generated, so I don't have to worry about it. The 952 $9 is the itemnumber; also auto-generated.
