Unfortunately, it is not clear to me by looking at this record where this option is set. Is this a patch that is bundled with Koha 3.0.1?
No. It looks like the patch was never submitted to patches@koha.org, and I didn't notice that a new version was attached to the bug. I've now pushed the patch along with an explanation of its usage to HEAD, and at some point Henri can cherry-pick it into the 3.0.x branch. The patch is pretty self-contained, so if you're not running from HEAD, it would be safe for you to cherry-pick and apply that patch.
