What you are describing does not make any sense. So what if you kill zebrasrv? You still have to run rebuild_zebra, and then restart zebrasrv anyway. There are established zebra script for startup and shutdown, so you could just use those instead of your manual kill method. ps -ef | grep zebrasrv
and kill low number
by killing zebra and running sudo zebrasrv -f /etc/koha/koha-conf.xml but gave me all log , in the end of logging stratring zebra but not close terminal still working and when close it manually losing zebra .... any suggentions for that ..
