[Koha] Can't locate C4/Biblio.pm error in 1.2.2

We have just upgraded from Koha version 1.2.1 to 1.2.2 but we get the above message in our koha_errorlog when we attempt to link from the main Intranet page to Acquisitions. The error is occurring at line 8 of loadmodules.pl. Also there is an error "Premature end of script headers: /data/koha/apache-koha/cgi-bin/koha/loadmodules.pl.
