I’ve been having trouble getting an uploaded logo image to print on the patron cards.  I can print cards with text and barcodes just fine.  However, adding our Institute’s logo renders a PDF that cannot be opened by Acrobat Reader.  Message states that the “File is damaged and cannot be repaired.”

Can you send along the corrupted pdf? Feel free to send it direct if you don't feel comfortable posting it to the list. Kind Regards, Chris
