[Koha] how generate reports in excel format ?

please help me to genaret the following report 1) I want to know what document cataloged from XX date YY dat? 2) Total records list in my database with Bar code no , Author .Title ....in Excel format ? 3) Total records added to My library in calender year? if you have any material / ppt please send me Yatheesh
