Hello This looks as if it might be from a CDS-ISIS system in a format that is close to MARC. If it is exported in the normal way from CDS-ISIS it will probably have a file extension ".iso". If this is the case you should be able to use the free software MarcEdit to convert from CDS-ISIS format to MARC21. Then you should be able to import the MARC21 file into Koha. I hope this helps you.
