Hi Elaine A couple of things that might help: - Have you run a full zebra reindex or only partial? I'll go for a full reindex - If you run a report that looks for the "deleted" biblio by name, author and/or record number, what does you get? If in any of the reports you get something, then for some reason the biblio was not completely deleted; if not it should point to a index error. - biblio 13267. It shouldn't be there, it's been deleted. When the title is clicked on, the answer is: The record you requested does not exist (13267).

or the name Winn, Cyril, or the biblio number the answer that comes up is:

We've run a zebra index and it didn't make any difference. Any ideas on what's causing the problem? Where we should look? I just did a couple batch edits and uploads, but this particular record was not in either of those batches.
