[Koha] how do I use z3590 with coha for shared cataloguing from Italian libraries?

I am *really really* new at all this. I'm working in an Italian school library. My computer has a windows OS so I followed all the instructions given to run koha on a virtual box see here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1W4vUwEQK5alc474WEt0h38qQ5VOGJxPpnJiytxJS... What now? For example how do I get to do shared cataloguing through z3590 protocol? After setting up I only see a few US libraries. Famous, prestigious but at the moment of no help to me.
