The bug implementing that is http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=3204 The corresponding patches are linked (as commit then diff) from http://git.koha.org/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=Koha&a=search&h=HEAD&st=commit&s=bug%203204 which you could ask your LMS maintainer to apply if you want to try getting that functionality before 3.0.4 in a week or two.
