Hi Deb If you want the records straight int the catalogue, you want to use the bulkmarcimport script at the commandline (in 2.2.9). Or use the new marc import tool in the web interface for Koha 3.0. If they are in the reservior, they are ready for use when cataloguing, or acquisitioning new items.
