[Koha] fines not calculated

Dear All, I am facing a problem in koha , that is koha did not calculate overdue fines, in the "Home › Circulation › Overdues" , it show the list of users, who have to pay fines, but in the patron "Home › Patrons › fines" it did not show fine amount. The circulation and fine rules are properly defined. If i execute a script "fines.pl" at server then it calculate fined and gives output in a file in /tmp . but the koha database did not modified. platform: opensuse 11, koha: koha-3.0 Please help me.
