Hi Owen, is that on the first results screen or once you click into the item details?

Our problem is on the first results page.

Item type images won't display on the results page unless the item-level_itypes preference is set to "Use the item type of the [ biblio record ] as the authoritative item type (for determining circulation and fines rules, etc).
