[Koha] Cyrillic Character Search w/ Zebra

It seems that if I enable Zebra, I cannot get titles in Cyrillic characters to be found via search. I am just presented with a list of titles that are all in cyrillic. However if I disable Zebra and use NoZebra instead, the titles are found just fine. Anyone have any ideas?
