[Koha] Question about "item type" nested and localization

Dear Koha members, Is there a way to localize an item type? I don't seem to see it under "Home › Administration › Item types administration" web console. Plus, is there a way to arrange item types in a nested form, for example, put item type "Systematic Theology" under item type "Theology". So that we may keep a clear hierarchy of item types.
