You didn't include the URL to the release notes for the current revisions. For versions 24.05.04, 23.11.09 and 23.05.15 I was able to find them but there seem to be no release notes for Koha 22.11.21 at https://koha-community.org/koha-22-11-21-released/ Where can I find them?
