Is there any way to "promote" a particular bib record so that it shows up first in a search results list? My specific example is "code of iowa." Even as a title phrase search, it comes up as no. 45 is a list of 192 results. For the average public user, it might as well not even be in the catalog. I hope that they would ask a librarian, but I'm wondering if there is some way to push it into at least the first 10 results.
