I have been attempting to install Koha on a Windows XP platform. The installer (Koha2.2.9-W32-R1.exe) works fine, until the script reaches the "unpacking MARC Charset 0.92" line, then hangs.
Koha 2.2.9 is very old and is no longer supported, even for Linux installations. If you must use Koha on a Windows machine your best bet is probably to use VirtualBox or some other virtualization software and install Linux and Koha in a virtual machine. -- Owen -- Web Developer Athens County Public Libraries http://www.myacpl.org
