[Koha] could not find ParserDetails.ini in /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1/XML/SAX

hi guys, its me again! am trying to verify my SAX Parser and when i type the following command : misc/sax_parser_print.pl i get the following error message: could not find ParserDetails.ini in /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1/XML/SAX Koha wants something like: XML::LibXML::SAX::Parser=HASH(0x81fe220) You have: XML::SAX::PurePerl=HASH(0x9e71ca8) Looks bad, check INSTALL.* documentation. any idea on what i am supposed to do will be highly appreciated.
