Hi yesan,
you should try and install libyaz-dev from indexdata repository (debian
repository version is way too old.), as said at the end of your log.
Or you could try and install yaz latest version from source code.
Then you would have to follow those lines :
http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=ubuntu_amd64
This would install the right version of yaz.
Then you would have to reinstall ZOOM.
