[Koha] MySQL and utf8 in the installation instructions

Just a thought but something that has bothered me about the instructions for installing Koha. In the instructions your pointed to warnings about installing with utf8 and no real approachable guidance on how to ensure you create your Koha database in MySQL as utf8. Wouldn't this addition to all the instructions fix that problem and alleviate the need to do extensive reading on MySQL character sets? create database koha character set utf8
