[Koha] kill zebra

hi i think i founded a way to indexing records without crontab on web http://lists.koha.org/pipermail/koha-devel/2008-January/007145.html my Mr. Mason James ps -ef | grep zebrasrv and kill low number by killing zebra and running sudo zebrasrv -f /etc/koha/koha-conf.xml but gave me all log , in the end of logging stratring zebra but not close terminal still working and when close it manually losing zebra .... any suggentions for that ..
