[Koha] select icu in Instance Creation

hi when I'm following the instruction here : http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_packages#Instance_Creat... I didn't found anything to tells koha I want to use icu chain with zebra How to tell this to koha ? or I have to make this manually ? in the tarball<http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_tarball>installation we can chose this easily but here this is not clear Thanks :) Karam
