I'd say the Koha offering web page is either http://www.anact.co.nz/main-features/ or http://www.anact.co.nz/ and I didn't spot a link on either to the community website.
I see it at the bottom under "Useful links:" "Home of the Koha community"
Ah! In the footer, in light green on a mid-green background. I really didn't see that! Actually, it's rather painful to me to read that: my eyes start watering from the lack of contrast. Anyone else think it's a bit near the borders between the letter and the spirit of the requirements about "visible" and "page"? Would Clint like to make this moot by adding a link to the main text with better contrast, please?
