It means to have a good attendance representing from different countries, priority should be given to the place which was chosen by different countries people instead of chosen by voters of the same or few countries. In the present system, this method of ranking should also be counted. I am going to post a scheme to remedy to some difficulties of score voting but there had not been time to discuss a new voting scheme for the KohaCon 2011 vote.

Either preference voting with a ranked ballot or score voting with assigning scores would avoid problems where people prefer a particular country as a venue but divide their votes between multiple candidate venues from the same country. While not that much help, you might check for a setting on the epson for forms rollback?on the Okidata's it will stop printing and then popup the paper upwards of an inch?then when it starts printing it rolls it back that same amount. This was designed specifically so that pre-printed forms would not get wasted and allow them to print detail on almost the entire length of the form.

I need examples of check out slips through circulation. We are trying to figure out if its worth the cost of purchasing the Epson. We are currently using Citizen iDp 3550's through IE 8, several issues:
A) With empty footer settings it won't print the last item due date. We can use the print preview function than change to 200 % setting, but the print out is not very attractive.
B) Can put in a footer, the slip prints out all items but also spits out an extra inch and half of paper, and the print is still relatively small.
