A lot of people have reported the problem of not being able to search their Koha database and several others have suggested running rebuild_zebra.pl with various parameters. But has anyone actually *solved* their problem and what was the solution? I’m at the early testing stage and am wondering if there are certain minimum record requirements for indexing to work properly. I am getting this kind of display (without the warning) but can’t search. Koha is written in perl not php. These are php files and are not part of the Koha code.
You can run 'rebuild_zebra.pl -a -b -r -v' to get more detailed output.
If you are getting errors to the effect that the script cannot connect to the zebra db, you should check up on your zebra username/password and make sure they match what is in koha-conf.xml.
