there are plenty, but it depends on your infrastructure. Some examples
might be:

      * mounting a filesystem from another server, and copying them to
        that ;
      * using a backup system such as duplicity to archive them onto an
        external harddrive that is regularly swapped offsite ;
      * using one of several methods to encrypt your data and store them
        in a cloud environment, such as rsync.net.

There's a billion other ways as well.
