[Koha] transliterate rule problem

hello , i use yaz-icu transliterate rule , i want to update specific strings by removing space between to be one word i add this icuchain.xml file : <transliterate rule=" info{' '}rmation > " /> but this rule has no effect, how i can concatenate some strings using this transliterate rule thank you
