[Koha] problem in $ sudo cpan Algorithm::CheckDigits SMS::Send HTTP::OAI

      Dear Friends
during installation on debian 5, Im unable to run this command
  $ sudo cpan Algorithm::CheckDigits SMS::Send HTTP::OAI

and also getting problem " permision denied" in following:
/etc/perl/CPAN/Config.pm initialized
even I run this in root

[Koha] problem in $ sudo cpan Algorithm::CheckDigits SMS::Send HTTP::OAI
